A Slightly Superior Sultan Let's take look back into Disney history. We're heading back to Agrabah, into those Arabian Nights of magic and mystery, to the time that the Sultan and his lovely daughter, Jasmine, watched over the city with loving care. Except... they didn't really, now did they? Jasmine had no idea the suffering that the street rats endured and the giggling Sultan is sweet and kind... but wasn't quite as kingly as some might expect! Now, we're not saying that Sultan Jafar would have been better in??every way. Obviously, dark magic and sinister schemes aren't the way to go to make everyone happy and at peace. On the other hand, a few dips into the Cave of Wonders and some well-phrased wishes would have gone a long way in the hands of a wise sorcerer. (You know, if he didn't have to deal with Prince Abubu and all that mess, too.)?? Fun Details See if you can work some magic and get a bit further than the infamous Disney villain in this officially licensed Jafar costume from Aladdin.??This ensemble is a rich costume with an authentic-looking color scheme of red and black. The robe fastens with hook and loops in the back for easy wear and has detailed faux designs in the front to make it look like a real robe. Puffed sleeves keep the costume feeling free and full of flair while the fitted cuffs keep your hands free to gesture in your wizardly ways. (Plus, the look has enough billow in the cape that you'll feel the genuine magic at work!) Top everything off with pointed shoulders and a velvet hat, complete with a satin accent and a large jewel and it's a whole new world for Jafar! Ruling in Red and Black The whites and blues of the original Sultan are pretty nice to look at, sure. But, nothing will compare to the grandeur of Agrabah once you step into the rulership role in this complete Jafar costume.??
